How do I enter to win prizes?
There are 3 ways to enter! You can enter by purchasing a one-off shaving box, subscribing for blade re-fills or for free through the alternative method of entries. (AMOE)
When do i get billed each month?
For subscription plans your chosen payment method will be charged when you purchase the shaving kit, then billed monthly. View your online account to see your next charge date.
For one-time product purchases, your credit card is also charged at the time products is purchased.
How do I change my subscription?
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time through your online customer account. Changes will come into effect in the next billing cycle.
Can I pause my subscription?
Unfortunately not, due to the nature of the shaving products and associated sweepstakes, you are unable to pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Trust us, once you’re in you won’t want to leave! But, if we really can’t convince you to stay, then you’re able to cancel your subscription at any time through your online customer account. Please be aware that once you cancel your subscription all accumulating sweepstake will be removed at the end of the current sweepstake. If you want to re-join after cancelling, you’ll have to re-subscribe again.
